General Skill Points

Unlike the other skill sets, you do not advance your rank in General Skill Point and everyone has them. General skill points can be used two ways:

1. They can be put towards a rank one of your skills or actions
2. They can be used to purchase new skill sets.

General Skill points are earned by attending events and doing a good job of role-playing. They can also be purchasd for 50 role-points a piece.
