The Sewers east - armor set # 3

East from west sewers (see west sewers map), area #1 shown on map above.
You should certainly be sure to have all of armor set #3, at least, before venturing into the eastern sewers. While spiders are rare in this section, they aren't the only deadly critters here. Fluvitars and alligators are surprisingly ferocious.

Rats and rodents                              pelts
The rats of the sewer are probably the easiest to kill. They can still deliver bleeding wounds to their unarmored opponents, however, so be careful and be armored.
Osecar                                             pelts
Arguably the most dangerous of the sewer dwelling creatures, the Osecar can hit with a good degree of skill and cause dangerous bleeding wounds on occasion. Further, they have a habit of grabbing you, causing you to have to break free (make any move to break free) and causing you to gain a little fatigue. It is advisable not to battle Osecars until you have the full armor set #1
Fluvitar                                            pelts
No tougher, really, than rats or osecars but capable of delivering slightly more damaging bites.
Small alligators                               none
Small and mean. Easier to hit than any other animal in the sewers but they hit you easier as well. Not to mention capable of delivering critical hits, which can be dangerous when in combat with other critters at the same time. Expect bleeders from these guys.
Giant spiders                                    none
Spiders are just plain tough to hit and very good at hitting you. But, if that isn't enough to convince you to take care, they can also knock you down and spin constricting webs on you in just one hit. In such a position you can expect that they'll get 5% success on thier hits until you stand up. Keep in mind that breaking the webs and standing are two seperate actions, the first dependent on your character's strength, and that spider will keep on whacking you while you're busy doing that.
