The Iridine Shopper's Guide seeks to offer you directions to those hard to find shops and sites that old-timers don't want you to know about! This section will be updated as new directions and info comes in, so check it regularly.

*GATHERING POINTS* 
Talan Seneda's Auction House
At the auction house veteran characters and private auctioneer groups sell the various uncommon, rare and unique items they've gathered to the highest bidder. Auctions usually aren't regularly scheduled but are normally announced in the game forums ahead of time. Occasionally the gm's will host event auctions too, though they are rare. Still, if you hear of an upcoming auction I recommend attending. As a new character you likely won't be able to do more than gawk at the outrageously high priced items being auctioned (50 talent gladius, 150 talent helmets, etc.), but there's almost always a tidy-sized batch of affordable common-place items for sale at very reasonable prices. You can expect to see black sagums, cineran military boots and other uncommon, though not necessarily rare, items. Items such as these are normally marked way down alongside the real money-making items and make a nice compliment to your newbie-gear.

The Gambling House (Combi and Gusequs)
I don't know the actual name of the place, it's not posted anywhere there that I can see, but the cuisine is...interesting. Can you actually gamble there? Beats me. If you can, I haven't figured out how. You can, however, buy a deck of cards.

*TAVERNS AND INNS* 
The Gilded Cage (Septima)
Commonly known as "Septima's", the Gilded Cage sees a lot of business as much for it's fetching bartender/owner as for the fact that the plank trapdoor in the southwest corner leads directly into the Thug Alleys. Be nice to Septima fellows, Vino was a regular patron.

The Golden Anchor Tavern (Marcellus)
A tavern deep in the harbor district, it provides a decent menu and the bar is well-stocked. Possibly the only reputable meeting place in the Harbor district.

"A seedy bar" <The Rust Anchor?> (Bentim and Atabus)
A seedy bar in the Harbor district. Not the classiest joint, but the drinks are cheap (and so are the rooms).

Gnaarian's liqour shop
Don't know the actual name of this little shop and it hasn't a very wide selection. Still, it's just off the coastal thug alleys, which makes it nice place to catch your breath and liquor up after a bout of brute-bashing.Going there at night can be particularly dangerous though, considering the thugs and brutes that prowl quite literally right outside his door.

A spacious tavern (Amerigo)
This quant little tavern makes an ideal meeting place when something less public is desired or after a long day of hunting in the Old City. Though it is near the Hospice of the Morning Light it is somewhat off the beaten path.
Items of interest: A mug of ale - A bottle of fig wine - A piece of crusty white bread with melted cheese.

Net Maker's Shop (Lentulus)
Offers a small variety of item made of...well...net. Don't know if the fishing net can actually be used. If someone knows please post it to the Vineyard Message Board.

A shop presumably serving the needs of the fishermen of the Harbor district. Most reknowned for it's cheap torches (boy, is this going to tick the outdoorsmen off).

Every set of normal clothing you would expect to find at the tailor's; even robes, stolas, pants and vests. Be forewarned, with the release of the tailor skill set you can expect clothing costs at Joshephus and elsewhere to be exorbitant.
Items of interest: Each item of clothing is available in whatever color you choose and with a choice of texture (homespun, linen or wool).

Sells ink, papers (three varieties), scroll cases and has the only supply of ink in town (the quills, stylus, etc. won't work without it).

The Fragrance Shop (Lexia)
A good place to buy light sources...for a price. Many of the items here can be quite costly but if you're looking for a status symbol, then this is a good place to go! It offers nearly every form of lighting known to Iridine so you're sure to find something that appeals to your character. From Beeswax Candles to Colored Ceramic Lanterns the Fragrance Shop has it all!
Items of interest: Rose scented candle - Ceramic lantern (in the color of your choice), - Bronze lantern in the shape of rose, wolf, lion's head or rearing stallion.

Furnishings of every kind! Everything you'll need to make your home an experience! Never be afraid to invite guests over to your pad again! (If you don't have a home...well, window-shoppers are welcome.) Lexinius sells large sacks also, in a variety of colors (including "checkered") with a choice of homespun or wool material.
