October 26th, 2004 - Logo Contest!

See that image up there, the one that says "Underground NEWS"? I want a better-looking one, and I'm giving you a chance to design it. Send in your submissions to this address. They must be of either .gif or .jpg formats, as high res as possible, under 150k in size, and more or less follow the color scheme of the site (black, beiges, dark red.) If you win, well, then your logo will be up there.

All posts and articles by my predecessors have been archived and put away. You can access them Here. Don't worry, by the end of the day, that page will be a lot better structured.

October 25th, 2004 - Facelift

The Underground News is getting a facelift. Not much is liable to be visibly evident, but the source is being reworked. My predecessor makes me want to cry. Please, if you're going to make a nightmare of unclosed tags, capitalized tags, unquoted values and dozens of useless font-tags... clean it up before passing it on. //done whining.

June 28, 2004 - Active once more!

The Underground News is again in business. There will hopefully be many new postings soon, outlining events and changes that have occured during the past couple years of this site's inactivity. Submissions for biographies and fiction are NOT being accepted at this time, but will in the future (hopefully). If you have a blurp describing an event or major change you wish to have posted, please submit it to this address for the time being. The submission form is currently inactive. Otherwise, we're all up and good, and will soon have many stories and announcements posted for your greedy eyes to read over!
